This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile games and applications that link to this page (the “Apps”). In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the developer and publisher of the Apps.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

The Apps do not require account registration and do not directly collect personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, photos, payment information, or precise location.

Game progress, scores, preferences, and settings may be stored locally on your device. We do not receive this local game data. You can remove it by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.

3. Advertising

The Apps are supported by advertising. We use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display and measure ads. AdMob may automatically process limited technical and usage data needed to provide its services, which may include:

• Device and app information, such as device model, operating system, language, app version, and screen size;
• Device or advertising identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID;
• IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address;
• Ad views, ad interactions, and basic app activity; and
• Diagnostics, crash information, and performance data.

This information is processed by the advertising provider rather than collected into a user database operated by us. The exact data processed may vary according to your device, region, settings, and consent choices.

4. How Advertising Data Is Used

Advertising-related data may be used to:

• Display and measure ads;
• Limit how often the same ad is shown;
• Provide personalized ads where permitted and consented to;
• Detect fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
• Maintain and improve app and advertising performance.

5. Sharing and Sale of Data

We do not sell or rent personal information. Limited technical and usage data may be processed by Google AdMob for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and service operation.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, or defend legal rights.

6. Your Advertising Choices

Where required, the App will provide a consent or privacy choice before personalized advertising is used. You can also manage advertising privacy options in your Android device settings, including resetting or deleting the advertising ID. These choices may affect ad personalization, but they may not remove ads.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We do not maintain user accounts or a database of personal profiles for the Apps. Local game data remains on your device until you clear the App’s data or uninstall it. Data processed by AdMob is retained according to the provider’s own service and retention requirements.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in the relevant country. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If an App is made available to an audience that includes children, we will use age-appropriate settings and advertising services permitted by applicable law and Google Play policies.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the Apps and the limited information involved in their operation. However, no electronic system or method of transmission is completely secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our Apps, advertising practices, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
